We recently purchased a pre-loved car from Western City Autos and were extremely impressed with every aspect of their service. The team went out of their way to accommodate our needs, answer our questions, and provide support throughout the process. A particular shout-out to Blake, the salesman, who provided excellent customer service — staying back late so we could view the car, promptly replying to our many questions, and making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The car itself has been perfect. We had it serviced shortly after purchase and our mechanic confirmed it’s in excellent mechanical condition and with great tyres – a really good buy. If we’re ever in the market for another used car, Western City Autos will be our first, and likely only, stop. They were tremendous!

Nothing but an amazing experience at western city autos. After contacting Jordan regarding a new Ute and I was specifically chasing a ford ranger wildtrak, Jordan showed me what he had in stock. We fell in love with a 2023 wildtrak he had in stock and decided to purchase it. Jordan made the purchasing process so smooth even holding the car for us once I got the remaining money to pay the full amount. Jordan and his parents to be commended for the way they deal with customers and go above and beyond in regards to cars and service! We will definitely be back again to this car dealer in future!

Very friendly fast efficient service, communication was excellent 👌 Only downfall was the petrol light was on as soon as we turned the car on to collect the car, panicking to find a gas station near there, couldve at least chucked $10 in the gas 🤦
